The Arc Minnesota is a grassroots advocacy organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Intellectual and developmental disabilities include Down syndrome, autism, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy and other related conditions. The Arc Minnesota empowers individuals with disabilities to live, learn, work and play as they choose and connects them with services they need to achieve their own vision of a good life.
Over the past 70 years, 900 state and local chapters of The Arc nationwide have worked at a grassroots level to provide services where none existed for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. It continues to forge new paths that ensure all people with disabilities are engaged, contributing members of our communities.
