Job Description

Headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Synergetic Endeavors has built a reputation throughout the Midwest and across the country for providing exceptional service in the areas of Business Development, Coalition Building, Grassroots Mobilization, Fundraising, Event Creation & Management, Public Relations, and Government Affairs.

Synergetic Endeavors also co-owns and operates Primacy Strategy Group, a 50/50 joint-venture between Lockridge Grindal Nauen and Synergetic Endeavors. Primacy Strategy Group is a full-service government relations and public affairs firm, offering a full spectrum of management and communications services. These services include association management and coalition building, grassroots and grasstops mobilization, nationwide government and regulatory affairs expertise at the federal, state and local levels, government procurement services, public affairs and communications services, including strategic communications planning, media relations, social and digital media strategy and reputation management.

Currently, Synergetic Endeavors is interviewing candidates to fill 1-2 Internship positions. Interns will work remotely due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 

Position Summary
Synergetic Endeavors Interns will report to the Client Services Manager as well as the Principal of SE and assist in the day to day execution and management of strategic plans/projects developed by SE and PSG for its clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
• Assist with the development and maintenance of company lists and other databases, including: client, marketing, prospect and administrative databases
• Provide data output in the forms of letters, call lists, fax and e-mail lists, data lists and other reports as requested
• Answer and make phone calls
• Assist with maintenance of an active schedule for supervisor and SE events/deadlines
• Assist in the preparation of materials for client board meetings, presentations, pitch meetings, and business development meetings
• Research and information collection
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and prep work for pitch presentations and events
• Assist in event planning, execution, and staffing of SE client events
• Assist in general office administrative duties and functions
